Everyone wants to look good through their lifetime. But skin ages with time and that is inevitable. Your skin starts aging once you step into your thirties. So you have to aim for a healthy lifestyle that can keep the softness of your skin for a longer period of time. This is nothing to do with face packs and overpriced cosmetics. You have to enhance the lifestyle and that will work like magic on your skin.

Eat a healthy diet: The first and foremost thing is controlling your food habit. Your skin needs nutrition and that is not available in the junks you pour in all through the day! Try to incorporate as much green as possible in your meals. Take a small number of meals with small gaps. This will control your metabolism and give you a strong body and healthy skin.
Take 6-8 glasses of water: Pure clean water is something you need to intake. Just gallop 6-8 glasses of pure water every day. If you have a problem in having normal water, add few drops of lemon in it and make a glass of lemonade. But anyhow don’t break this ground rule.
Basic exercises: Some freehand training, stretching should be incorporated into your daily routine. You have to be healthy and fit at the same time and that is not the job of your diet alone! Make sure you exercise at least a bit and that will show the difference.

8 hours of sleep: Your skin grows every day and it needs a good sleep. If you do not sleep for 8 hours a day, your skin will not get enough time to rejuvenate and bad dark patches will be seen under your eyes! So make sure you sleep at least for 8 hours in the night.
